A federal judge said he will not delay a 2 1/2-year prison sentence for Scooter Libby in the CIA leak case, a ruling that could send him to prison within weeks.

When asked about prison, Libby said, "It could be worse, I could still be working in the Vice President's office. Cheney farts like every ten seconds and the discharge smells like burnt sour cream. It's disgusting."
