ROME - Italian fashion house Dolce and Gabbana said it would stop all its advertising in Spain after it was forced to withdraw an ad that "justified" violence against women.

"This is, how you say, absurd," the two men said in a statement. "As you can see by our collections, we truly hate women. But in no way do we endorse beating them up."
