Infectious-disease expert Margaret Chan, who hails from Hong Kong, has been nominated as the next director-general of the World Health Organization (WHO)

Upon being alerted of her nomination she exclaimed "ALL RIGHT! Groupies!" and then realized that "WHO and "The WHO" are 2 completely different things.
