So I’m watching Tourgasm the other night and I hear that Dane Cook has been named Rolling Stone’s Hot Comic for 2006. Dane Cook, who has the biggest comedy album of the last twenty-seven years, is Rolling Stone magazine’s pick for top comic of ’06. I think we're all used to Rolling Stone's bold history of music journalism, the way they break new bands and stay one step ahead of the trends. It's just great to see them focus that razor-sharp reportage on the world of comedy. Not content to rest on their laurels, Rolling Stone went on to name MySpace as the best place to meet slutty teens and honored the Sun as the brightest thing in the fucking sky.
