“Living Lohan” has a nebulous central character who rarely appears on the series. In the final riveting episode, this character has quit drinking and whatever other mind-altering vices she’s acquired in her ripe young age but has substituted all for a gambling addiction. Betting all she has in a Texas Hold Em fiasco at a Las Vegas showcase casino, she’s forced to change her name to escape criminal and civil prosecution for being a terrible card player.
