A man found asleep in a motorized wheelchair on a highway in northern Australia was charged with drunk driving last week. The 64-year-old man, who registered a blood alcohol reading of more than six times the legal driving limit, plans to fight the charges. According to doctors and the prosecuting attorney, "the man doesn't have a leg to stand on."
