Sheriff's deputies in Arapahoe County, arrested Kevin Lininger, 28, for running up and down the street completely naked. He was taken to a detention facility where he urinated on the floor, became belligerent, and kicked his urine at the deputies.


Lininger was held for investigation of indecent exposure and second-degree assault, on a $10,000 bond. He later apologized, blaming his impulsive outburst on a “pissy mood.
