Stephen Baldwin has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Mr. Baldwin's lawyer, Bruce Weiner, did not immediately return a message left for him late Tuesday requesting comment.

Baldwin claimed he didn't know the full scope of his financial difficulty until he discovered he only had enough cash to hire a guy named Weiner.

Actor Stephen Baldwin,  brother of Emmy winner and "30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin, filed for bankruptcy in New York on Tuesday, according to a court document that says he is millions in debt.   Stephen Baldwin sought a bail out from big brother, but the US government said no.

In born-again Christian Stephen Baldwin’s upcoming memoir, he says that God is guiding his path as an actor.
