Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor is exprected to face a host of  hostile questions from members of the Senate Judiciary Committee during her confirmation hearings.  To prepare for the hearings, Sotomayor will appear for one week on "The View."

Justice Sonia Sotomayor has taken her seat on the U.S. Supreme Court bench to hear her first case.  Sotomayor is under a lot of pressure.  If she fails to meet expectations, she could be replaced by Ellen DeGeneres.

Unfortunately, Roberts botched the adminstering of the oath again and Sotomayor was sworn in as the new judge on American Idol.

After seeming to run out of questions, Senator Al Franken simply asked Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor during her confirmation hearing why she wanted the job.

Sotomayor responded by saying "Because I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me!"

Despite low ratings, there appears to be a clear winner in this summer's America's Got Talent. It's Sonia Sotomayor.

Suspiciously, Gidget's death comes just one day after Michael Vick completes his prison sentence.

Gidget had a lot in common with Regis Philbin.  She was old and was a female that played a male on TV.

Sonia Sotomayor praised Gidget as a fine Latino actress--a much better choice for TV commercials than a male poodle.  

A memorial service will be held for Gidget at the LA Staples Center.  Celebrities who are expected to eulogize Gidget include the Geico gecko, Morris the Cat, and the Energizer Bunny.

Taco Bell will honor Gidget by using her meat in their chalupas.

ANCHORMAN: In supreme court hearings, firefighter Frank Ricci testified against Sonia Sotomayor. Ricci was denied a promotion, and filed a reverse discrimination suit that Sotomayor joined in dismissing. Ricci worked hard in getting the promotion, despite a dyslexia challenge.

On the day of the hearings, Ricci read in his testimony, "...Oh, I’m sorry... could someone read this?
