After unsuccessfully acting as her own lawyer in her divorce from Paul McCartney, Heather Mills took on the roll of judge at the 2008 Miss USA pageant Friday night in Las Vegas. Rather then crown the winner, Mills, in a repeat performance, instead dumped a pitcher of water over the head of Miss Texas.
