Mark Cuban is headed for court shortly to defend himself against charges of insider trading. Anyone who trades for Jason Kidd and Ryan Hollins is definitely not receiving insider information.
 

Mark Cuban allegedly told Kenyon Martin's mom that her son is a punk. Martin's mother retaliated by reminding him that he's the owner of the Mavericks.

The NBA has fined Mavericks owner Mark Cuban $25,000 for making disparaging comments about the league through Twitter. Cuban was able to pay the fine after rummaging through his couch cushions. We're not sure what's more shocking: the fact that the NBA is still disciplining Cuban or that someone has finally found a way of monetizing Twitter.

David Stern has asked Mark Cuban to apologize more directly to Kenyon Martin's mother. And anyone else who has ever wasted their time on his blog.

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has been fined $25,000 for his conduct at halftime of a recent game, which NBA officials labeled, "improper interactions with Denver Nugget players". Something his losing team was apparently guilty of  before and after halftime.

His defense attorneys immediately cited the deal for Jason Kidd. 

Jerry Jones says he "absolutely" believes Dallas will make the playoffs. Unfortunately for football fans, he was referring to the Mavericks.

And Dallas Mavericks forward Tim Thomas could miss up to six months after undergoing knee surgery. So he'll be nice and rested for the playoff losses.
