Hundreds of senior citizens outside Chicago got an unexpected Halloween treat Saturday -- a free party sponsored by a jilted bride. Six days before Teanne Harris was to walk down the aisle, her fiancé called off the wedding. And when Harris and her mother went to the catering hall to cancel the reception, they were told their deposit was nonrefundable. That's when Harris noticed the Asbury Court Retirement Community across the street. So instead of letting a Halloween-themed wedding reception go to waste, Harris, 34, decided to move the party to the retirement home. It was a great time for all involved.  ***MARLAR: Plus she found a lot of eligible bachelors.

After a few months of virtual chatting, Chris booked a flight from New York to Chicago to meet Pam face-to-face. Two Tennessee newlyweds were arrested on their wedding night for burglarizing the chapel where they were married.

Apparently, the couple was registered at the Tennessee State Penitentiary.  

This weekend i attended a wedding in which the bride was visibly pregnant.  It was kinda weird .......its like if  you see a wrecked car at a body shop.....Your not sure when it happened  but you know there has been an accident !! 

Want to know what it's like to have a vampire wedding. Well 61-year-old Jack Holsinger and his 44-year-old bride Connie Spitznagel made it happen in Columbia Station, Ohio. They both donned full vampire regalia for their "scare-emoney" on Saturday night at a haunted house near Cleveland. The couple chose the location because it's operated by the same people who own a campground where they met. The groom arrived in a coffin inside a hearse, and the coffin was carried to the altar by six pallbearers. Minister Greg Kopp was dressed as Jason from the "Friday the 13th" movies. After the vows were exchanged, he ordered Holsinger not to kiss his new bride but instead to bite her on the neck. Despite their claims of being vampires, both did vow to stay together "until death do us part." ***MARLAR: And by seeing his bride with pale skin and messed hair, the groom was better able to prepare for what he’d see the first morning or marriage.

Cleveland Browns fan Mike Meredith is a couch potato with a cause. Meredith has a motorized sofa he rides around a municipal parking lot for tailgating parties before games. But on November 23^rd, he decided to take the couch to the stadium for a game. Several police officers waved him through. One didn’t, citing him for driving an unregistered vehicle and having expired plates. The officer later tore up the citations when upon inspection of the motorized sofa, he found, tuck between the cushions, his wife’s wedding ring.

Actress Mackenzie Phillips' new book, "High on Arrival," includes claims she had sex with her famous father which began on the night before her wedding.
