A Utah newspaper rejects a same-sex couples wedding announcement.

The paper said the announcement was rejected because it was unsuitable for printing, saying "the story was incorrectly punctuated, structured, and, because of the couples gayness, had improper use of 'colons.'" 

The Utah newspaper rejected a paid wedding annoucement for Tyler Barrick and Spencer Jones.  However, the same newspaper last week ran a wedding announcement for John Smith and Mary Miller and Sharon Coste and Barbara Peters.   

Today an Episopalian bishop blessed  a gay couple, a lesbian couple, and the NFL Players Association.

MONTPELIER, Vt. — Vermont's House of Representatives gave preliminary approval Thursday night to a historic same-sex marriage bill, sending a clear message to the entire state.

"If we can marry our sister, we can marry our brother!"

A high school principal in Southern California canceled a school production of Rent to prevent portrayals of homosexual characters. Hopefully she'll accept my puppet show alternative, Avenue Q. Nothing says wholesome, non-gay fun more than an acting troupe singing with their hands shoved up the back of a same-sex muppet.

Lesbian activist Del Martin, at the forefront of the battle for same-sex marriage in California, died Wednesday in San Francisco. She was 87.

Although the cause of death was not listed, her surviving partner said that she had a severe licker problem and even though they were legally married, she still won't receive dick.
