Tonight every major network is airing "Hope for Haiti".

I hope the results turn out better than the "Hope for America" that aired on the every major network almost exactly one year ago today - Also known as the Presidential Inauguration.

Because of Conan O' Brien's NBC-bashing monologues that he has given, his ratings for "The Tonight Show" have soared.  I guess everyone loves watching a man make fun of a TV network that nobody watches.

Years ago, I made a deal with the Devil to get Pat Robertson to stop making stupid comments. And now this: "Something happened a long time ago in Haiti, and people might not want to talk about it," he said on Christian Broadcasting Network's "The 700 Club." "They were under the heel of the French. You know, Napoleon III, or whatever. And they got together and swore a pact to the devil. They said, we will serve you if you'll get us free from the French. True story. And so, the devil said, okay it's a deal."

I missed this big event.  For some reason, I thought it was going to be on the Cartoon Network.

Mark McGwire told the MLB Network he would have hit 70 home runs without using steroids, before his pants suddenly caught on fire.

The Jay Leno show is hurting NBC's overall ratings and local newscasts that follow it on the network's affiliates.  Luckily, Leno can take it on the chin.

Fox and Time Warner have reached an agreement on the amount the cable company will pay the network for programming.  Meanwhile, NBC is still in negotiations with Time Warner on the amount the network will have to pay the cable company. 

For the second straight year, comedian Kathy Griffin ushered in the new year by saying something vulgar on CNN.  During the network's live New Year's Eve broadcast from Times Square, Griffin was joking with co-host Anderson Cooper about how to pronounce the first name of "balloon boy" Falcon Heene when she mumbled something that sounded a lot like the F-word.  A spokesman for CNN said the network is concerned because next year the Times Square ball will be dropped by legendary actor Peter Falk.

AT&T has dumped Tiger Woods.  He may not even realize it though, as they tried to notify him on the AT&T network. 

 Mypace might be buying Flixster, the popular social-networking site for movies. The merger of Myspace & Flixster will cater to a previously ignored segment of our population- pedophile movie buffs.
