By 2011, Oprah will have been  talking virtually non-stop for 25 years--a record  surpassed only by Joe Biden.

   Not long ago, Joe Biden told this guy in a wheelchair to stand up and take a bow.

   Understandably, Biden withstood a torrent of jeers and criticism for the obvious gaff.

   Some rock-ribbed Republicans went so far as to characterize Mr. Biden's behavior as "sheer cruelty."

   A few diehard Democrats posited that the Vice President--being a believing Christian--may simply have been trying to heal the man.

   Both these groups were kidding--I think.

   Am told that, more and more, Joe Biden is having trouble making up his mind.

   Maybe, he lacks foundation. 

President Obama chastised the Chinese leadership for China's lack of freedom of speech.  To which one of the Chinese leaders replied, "Freedom of speech is dangerous.  We've heard Joe Biden speak."

 Joe Perry recently stated that Aerosmith won't be waiting for Steven Tyler to return to the fold. Well, if they need a singer with a busted face, Susan Boyle's available.

Joe Jackson is asking a judge to award him an allowance from the estate of Michael Jackson, even though he's not mentioned anywhere in the will.. The judge responded, "You?.. want an allowance?.. from your deceased son??... Alright, I'll give you 10 bucks a week.. but you have to sweep up the giraffe pen at Neverland and help Prince Michael with his math homework."

In related news, a developer said a proposed wind farm site near DC is too windy because of its proximity to Joe Biden.

A campus religious leader is unhappy about a study at Duke University that invites female students to attend sex-toy parties.

The Rev. Joe Vetter, director of the Duke Catholic Center, condemns the study, saying that it excludes men and, thus, fails to promote relationships… between priests and young boys! 

   Modern liberal philosophy consists of the following precepts:  George W. Bush, stupid.  Dick Cheney, evil.   Sarah Palin, clueless.

   Admittedly, resentment of a  few  individuals hardly represents the breadth of  leftist thinking.  Therefore, to be comprehensive, I should include:  Barack Obama, good.
