A California deputy reportedly engaged in sex with a current death row inmate. Convicted murderer Timothy Rodriguez claimed that during his trial, he and Deputy Margarita Young had sex several times at a Kern County detention facility.. Funny thing: If Young had died during intercourse, Rodriquez would be CHARGED with lethal injection...
